The Fábsits Panzió és Vendégház is a family-run guest house on a quiet hillside area of Hévíz, 700 metres from the Lake Spa, with nice views over the surrounding countryside.

The studio apartments feature a well-equipped kitchenette and a dining room, a satellite TV and a large balcony with a wonderful view.

Breakfast is served in the guest house and you can enjoy tasty Hungarian food in the family's wine tavern, about 1 km away from the boarding house.

The Fábsits family owns a sail boat on the Balaton Lake and offers tours for up to 6 people free of charge if you stay longer than 6 nights.

Take part in wonderful bike tours around the Balaton lake on the newly paved bike paths. Also combined sailing and biking tours can be organized by the Fábsits Panzió és Vendégház

• Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.

• Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 18 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.
