" We were disappointed but acknowledge that we were late (after 10.00 pm ) arriving at the hotel due to our train arriving two hours late in Auray. The hotel door was closed but fortunately other Guests let us in and on the Reception Desk we found a sheet of paper with names including ours listed . From this sheet of paper it appeared that a room named Huernic had been allocated to us although the name of another room had been struck out. Could it be that due to our late arrival the Comfort Plus double room originally allocated to us was given to other Guests and we were left with a very Standard room.If so no adjustment was made to the room rate quoted. "
