• Extra Charges: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Barcelona Suites, Barcelona - Important Information

Guests must contact apartment administration prior to arriving at the apartments with a confirmed time of arrival. Upon arrival guests should proceed to the Barcelona Boutique Hotel located on Carrer Pau Claris, 145 to collect the keys to their apartment, along with directions and a map of Barcelona. It is open 24 hours and is within walking distance of Passeig de Gracia metro. At check-in, there will be a 300 Euro security deposit charge by credit card pre-authorization, which will be automatically canceled after verifying the apartment's condition. Cleaning service is not included in the price. There is an additional cleaning charge of EUR 50.
