Aquaria Restaurant offers a casual environment overlooking the pool and the sea. During the winter, it offers a fixed evening menu and lunch or snacks. Ristorante Bacco offers exceptional Italian cuisine from Tuscany. The chef serves up a wide selection of freshly prepared home-made pastas and tender meat and fish dishes. Shumi Sushi Bar offers a tasty array of authentic Japanese cuisine, including hand-rolled sushi and sashimi. Céleste Terrace Restaurant is the place for fine dining and dancing, with a choice of à la carte and fixed menus. A themed buffet is also served here most evenings. This open-air restaurant has beautiful views of the pool and is open from June to October. Nautica Bistro overlooks the beach and offers an à la carte menu or buffet lunch during the summer season. It serves a variety of traditional Cypriot delicacies, as well as Italian and vegetarian selections. The Blue Bar is a great place for meeting friends and enjoying a drink.
