• Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 6.00 per day.

• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit: A deposit (EUR 260) for your accommodation is due upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded (15 days after departure) after inventory has been completed and verified. Services: An additional charge is necessary for sheets, towels, TV, pets, parking, baby cots, baby chairs, cleaning service, end-of-stay cleaning and other extras proposed by the residence.
