• Deposit: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 70 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival and is partially refundable.

• Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 4.00 per day.

• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
• Cancellations: Please note, if cancelled, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
