• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs NZD 25.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: 12.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Guests are required to present a valid credit card upon check in, which the hotel will authorise to cover incidentals throughout your stay. If guests do not have a credit card, then a cash deposit of $50 plus the accommodation cost per night is required prior to check in.
