• Deposit: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 10 % Tax is not included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged CAD 10.00 per night in an extra bed. All further older children or adults are charged CAD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Groups: No special conditions apply for groups.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
