• Deposit: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
• Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
