• Deposit: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Up to two children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
