• Deposit: 100 percent of the first two nights will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged AUD 50.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.
