Israel's largest water park is located nearby and there is direct access to the beach. The hotel is surrounded by green lawns and offers rooms and private bungalows with barbecue facilities.

In the kibbutz, guests can dine at the famous fish restaurant located just 2 minutes drive from the hotel. Other attractions include a tour by train in the kibbutz (for an additional charge).

• Deposit: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs USD 5.00 per hour.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: VAT is not applicable. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child from 2 to 18 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 40 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

The rates given are for tourists holding a foreign passport. For guests holding an Israeli passport, an additional 16.5% VAT will be applied by law. 7 days before arrival the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. In case of late cancellation or no-show the credit card will be refunded with the full amount after deducting the one-night cancellation fee.
