On arrival at the hotel’s first building, you will need to check-in before the hotel porter can help you to carry the luggage to the 2nd. At the reception desk, you can find the following free services: a boat trip to the Murano Island, free admittance ticket to the casino, free reservation service for the opera concerts in the main theatre of Venice and a free newspaper in several languages.

For any excursion, inform the hotel 7 days before, in order to guarantee a place. The excursion to Murano Island is provided individually to every guest from 09:00 to 13:00 hours.
