• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Public parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged AUD 20.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged AUD 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
