The Reef Retreat - Hotel Description

A short walk from Palm Cove Beach is the Reef Retreat, a small 4-star complex offering spacious accommodation in a tropical, rain forest setting.

The resort is made up of 36 studios, suites and apartments, all offering a range of facilities. The studios offer a spacious open-plan sleeping and living area; the apartments offer spacious living and separate bedrooms. All of the units have a kitchen or kitchenette facilities, plus a private balcony overlooking the pool or gardens.

The resort centre of Palm Cove is just a short walk away. There are many cafés, restaurants and bars to choose from as well as a good selection of shops.

• Deposit: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged AUD 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged AUD 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.
