• Deposit: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged AUD 5.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged AUD 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

This blue chip, residential suburb is only 20 minutes drive (22kms) from Cairns city and 15 minutes drive from Cairns Domestic and International Airports. Travel north along the Captain Cook Highway, when you approach Clifton Beach turn right into Clifton Road, follow along and turn left onto Arlington Esplanade, we are a short distance along (100 metres)just look for the sign!
