Paradise is a boutique resort of 32 studio and 1-bedroom suites. All rooms have fabulous designer décor, plasma televisions/DVD's, microwaves and full bathrooms.

• Deposit: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged AUD 5.00 per night for cots. All older children or adults are charged AUD 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

RECEPTION HOURS ARE 7AM TO 7PM. AS YOU MAY BE ARRIVING AT THE RESORT AFTER RECEPTION ARE CLOSES PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING LATE ARRIVAL DETAILS: Please go to the right hand side of the main front doors to the night entrance, where you will find a NIGHT SAFE. Encode 1+5+8 and press the RED enter key.Inside will be an envelope with your key and directions, hold the safe door closed and press the YELLOW close key. Room keys will activate all night entrances. Lift is to the right hand side of the Lobby.
