At the Sands Holiday Apartments is situated on the beachfront Esplanade in the heart of Surfers Paradise. It is an ideal location only few minutes to the main area of Surfers Paradise Cavill Mall, theme parks, shops and transport.

Offering 1 and 2 bedroom fully self contained beachfront apartments with ocean views opposite a patrolled swimming beach. Just walk across the Esplanade onto the beach - no buildings blocking your beach views.

PLEASE NOTE: At the Sands will NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS for SAME DAY arrivals Monday to Friday after 2 pm. Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays NO same day bookings.

Cancellation Policy - At The Sands Holiday Apartments does not accept cancellation or modifications for bookings made on this website.

GUEST MUST hold and sign credit card imprint on check-in. Reception Hours Monday-Friday 9.00-4.00 Saturday & Sunday 9-11.

• Deposit: A fixed amount of AUD 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs AUD 10.00 per hour.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged AUD 10.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of AUD 55.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, a fixed amount of AUD 200.00 will be charged.

Late arrivals - PLEASE check in by 9 AM the next day. After 7.30 pm please press the intercom at the front gate and pull the gate towards you following instructions. When or if the front security gate is open, please proceed up pedestrian ramp to foyer. Lift the wall phone near the drink machine and wait for instructions. You do not have to dial any numbers. You will be advised to bend down and look under the reception bench and a safe will open. In the safe will be a named envelope with your keys and instructions.
