• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs THB 100.00 per hour.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 7 % VAT is included. 10 % service charge per room per night is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged THB 600.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Room rates on 31st December include a compulsory gala dinner for 2 adults only. Extra guests are charged seperately.
