• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Check-in details: As soon as a reservation has been made, a customer service representative will contact the guest to make check-in arrangements (the property does not have a reception desk). Deposit: A breakage deposit of EUR 200 per apartment is payable locally at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out, provided the apartment has been left in a satisfactory condition. Cleaning: Cleaning material is provided but there is no housekeeping service. All rates include bed linen, towels and kitchenware.
