The Romitaggio hotel and restaurant lies surrounded by typical local stone houses called Rustici on a slope in Agarone offering superb views onto the Magadino plain, Lake Maggiore and the Monte Tamaro.
The Romitaggio features a fine restaurant, a typical, cosy little Grottino and a big terrace covered by vines which are used to distil the hotel's own Grappa. Exclusive Merlot wine can also be savoured at the restaurant.
All rooms are newly decorated and furnished. The landlady is an interior architect and brought a very sunny atmosphere into the rooms, accentuated by and Asian touch. The rooms can be found in the main house and in 2 stone, typical of the Ticino region.
