• Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

• Extra Charges: 17.32 % Tax is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night in an extra bed. Baby cots are not available. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
• Groups: No special conditions apply for groups.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
