All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 25.00 will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Please note that Apartamentos Brises del Mar does not have a reception. Keys for the apartments are available at the office located in Avenida de Grecia, 20-26, L'Estartit. Guests who expect to arrive outside office hours must contact the hotel directly prior to travel using the contact details included in the confirmation. Office opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. Sundays from 09:00 to 13:00 (May to September), and from 11:00 to 13:00 (April to October). The office is closed on Sundays during November to March. All check-in takes place after 17:00 and check-out until 10:00.
