• Deposit: A fixed amount of AUD 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. All further older children or adults are charged AUD 35.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Groups: No special conditions apply for groups.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of AUD 50.00 will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
