Our family-run company specialises in providing short stay apartments for those who wish to experience the true Krakow atmosphere, within various locations in the old town and city centre.

Situated near the historic Krakowski Park, the surrounding area features modern amenities, eating places and excellent transport links.

The spacious, stylish and comfortable accommodation consists of elegantly decorated apartments with traditional furniture. Upon request we can equip an apartment with a cot, flowers, and bedding for those with allergies. We can also prepare an apartment for a special occasion such as a honeymoon or birthday. These flats will give you the freedom and independence to enjoy your stay as you wish.

Guests staying 5 or more nights in one of the apartments are offered a complimentary transfer from Krakow Airport. The attentive staff is happy to organize the transfer for you. Simply inform the hotel about your time of arrival in advance.

As the accommodation is centrally situated, most of the well-known restaurants are in the vicinity. There is a Hot Chocolate Bar where you can have breakfast approximately a 2 minute walk away. We can also arrange for a small quantity of shopping to be waiting for you in the apartment, so you will not have to rush to the supermarket just after your arrival. Please send us a shopping list beforehand.

• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible). Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs PLN 71.70 per day.
• Extra Charges: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. PLN 2.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged PLN 44.80 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged PLN 89.60 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

When booking, please indicate arrival time so our staff can contact you to hand over the keys. There is no reception in our apartments. We accept payments in cash, PLN or EUR and by credit cards. There is a 1.9% charge for most credit card payments, but for Amex it is 4.2%.

By Public Transport: Take bus number 192 to and from Balice airport. Or take tram number 4, 13, 14 or 24 to and from the main train and bus station stop at Plac Inwalidów. A ticket costs 2.5 PLN. We can organise tickets for Krakow Tours to Wieliczka, Auschwitz, Zakopane and Czestochowa.
