The building of the hotel is located has been built in XIX century, as well as the building in its vicinity. Together, they represent a very beautiful architectural complex. The hotel has nine exclusive apartments, three in each floor. The interior of each has been differently designed.
Each apartment has a living room a bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment A9 on the third floor is a duplex and has, besides the living room and bedroom, a study on the gallery. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed (210cm x 170cm).

"¿Que Pasa?"
This is the first class restaurant with four stars. The Serbian Trade Chamber gave "Que Pasa" the annual prize for the 2002 as the best hotelier institution in the city, as well as the City Assembly.
Opening hours are from 10:00 to 00:30 am every day between September to May where you can enjoy the live music.
The Summer Terrace is opened between May to September and only on Thursday, Friday and Saturday you can enjoy the live music, from 9 pm to 12 am.
You will be served the exclusive choice of domestic and foreign drinks such as: original Pepe Lopez tequila to Dom Perignon champagne. And as the house specialties, the most exotic cocktails as well as coffee and hot chocolate are served.

Kraljevina Restaurant
It is located in the building's cellar and it represents the finiest of the Serbian traditional cuisine, all dishes prepared in the traditional way. The restaurant is connected with the "Que Pasa" club by elevator and stairs.
The national restaurant also has a VIP meeting room,where guests can meet and use our services undisturbed. The National restaurant can accomodate 80.
In front of the hotel, during the summer, there is a place for a summer terrace where you can enjoy specialties from both restaurants.

Aleksandar Palas, Belgrade (Serbia) - Area Information

Situated near the hotel is the Kalemegdan Fortress with an extensive park and the city symbol, the statue of the "Victor". The main street, Knez Mihailova, is about 80 meters from the hotel as well as the "Saborna" church and the Patriarchate of the Serbian Orthodox Church. Many banks, such as the National bank of Serbia are right across the hotel.
