Regarded by many as a well-kept secret, the restaurant's understated sophistication appeals to residents and the local set alike. The restaurant offers fine dining and superb cuisine, with a menu that changes regularly to reflect the finest, freshest produce available, highlighting the best of British and European ingredients from handpicked, independent suppliers. Signature dishes include pan-fried Scottish diver scallops with globe artichoke puree, Jerusalem artichoke foam and grain-mustard jelly. The Laverstock Estate farm partridge with pearl barley, celeriac, smoked bacon and cep mushrooms provides another delicate taste sensation. An iced ginger parfait, green tea jelly, coconut mousse and crystallised ginger makes for a delicious but supremely light dessert. Advance bookings are recommended to avoid disappointment.
