The 2-star Hotel Palacios is currently in the process of being converted into a 3-star hotel. To this end, the hotel was fully renovated in 2005 and now offers modern comforts and facilities in all of the rooms, the restaurant, the cafeteria and the lounge.

There is a vending machine in the cafeteria, which is available for guests' use. Tickets for the nearby Senda Viva zoo and theme park, with all of its rides and attractions, are available from reception.

The hotel can also help arrange visits to nearby vineyards and wine cellars, as well as wine tastings. The hotel also has its own private wine cellar.
