• Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

• Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 4.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: 18 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
