The apartments have different sizes and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. They have a living room with a large flat screen LCD TV, free wireless internet, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. All apartments have spectacular sea views.

Guests can enjoy a drink and a light meal at the Colony Beach lobby bar while overlooking the sea and enjoy the terrace. Mini market and launderette are conveniently located on the premises. The on-site management team provides round-the-clock security and ensures that public areas are carefully maintained.

A large park with a children's playground is located just behind the building, and restaurants, cafes, shops and a supermarket can all be found within minutes from the apartments.

The rates given are for tourists holding a foreign passport. For guests holding an Israeli passport, an additional 16.5% VAT will be applied by law. When making a reservation, please advise your approximate time of arrival by leaving a remark in the booking form or using the email address provided on your confirmation letter. This is a self-catering apartment complex and therefore there is no daily cleaning. For guests staying 7 days or longer, a weekly cleaning is available without charge. This apartment building does not have hotel services such as a reception. The apartment building has a 24-hours security desk where guests can pick up their key by mentioning their name to the security staff. 30 days prior to arrival, 2 nights will be charged from the credit card. This amount is non-refundable.
