• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The private suites do not have a 24-hour reception. For this reason, guests should state their expected arrival time during their booking using the Guest comments box. On the day of arrival, please contact the phone number which will be sent to you after your reservation. Call at least 1 hour in advance so that an employee can arrange your check-in time and hand over the keys to you.
