• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 13 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 35 % of the room stay per night for extra beds. • Cancellations: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
