• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 18 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
