Set in the heart of the Var area, opposite beautiful islands, this residence is ideally located, just 300 metres from a large, fine sandy beach.

The Club l'Île d'Or residence, which is made up of 4 buildings features fully equipped studios and apartments, all fitted with kitchenette and bathroom. The bedrooms are air-conditioned in some apartments.

Outdoor swimming pool with water slide is available on-site, and the residence offers many leisure facilities, like tennis court, multisports ground, outdoor spa to fully unwind and paddling pool for the kids.

You also can discover the city of La Londe des Maures, which has preserved all its natural charm with its beautiful hills stretching down to the sea.

Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. Bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase, bathroom linen set includes terry towel and bath sheets.

End of stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end of stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.

• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Security deposit: A EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out following a room inventory. City tax is payable at the residence.
