• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.

• Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 3 years is charged EUR 10.00 per stay in a baby cot. One child under 10 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
