• Deposit: A fixed amount of AUD 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged AUD 35.00 per stay for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged AUD 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of AUD 25.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, a fixed amount of AUD 200.00 will be charged.
