• Deposit: A fixed amount of AUD 300 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged AUD 4.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged AUD 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of AUD 30.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Office hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5pm EST Saturday and public holidays: 8:30am to 12pm EST Sunday: 9am to 11am EST. If you arrive after these hours please follow these procedures: 1) On the right hand side of the front door you will see a phone. 2) Dial 299 and follow the instructions from the night service to get your key. 3) We request that you come to reception the following morning to complete your registration and provide car details for parking. This is a requirement for all guests, even if fully paid. Please note there is no refund on any unused nights.
