The Hotel Post, which is run in the style of a family-owned hotel, is situated at the market place in Hilpoltstein.

After a relaxing night in one of our 16 newly renovated rooms, you can begin the day with our generous breakfast buffet.

Our stylish restaurant serves regional and seasonal dishes, as well as a lunchtime menu which changes daily. In the summer, our beer garden also invites you to a cosy sit-down among your fellow guests.

The Hotel Post is situated in the centre of the cosy Franconian city of Hilpoltstein, just 5 km away from the highway A9 in the south of Nuremberg in the heart of the Franconian lake area (Lake of Roth: 1 km). The hotel caters for business guests (Nuremberg fair 25 km) and travellers on holidays or stopovers. The 3-star ambience of our hotel offers a comfortable stay.
In winter our restaurant, die Post, and our bar, postkeller, are open. In summer, our beer garden, Postgarten, is open.

Opening hours: October - April: 11:00 - 14:30, 17:00 - 00:00 May - September: 11:00 - 00:00 The kitchens are open 11:30 - 14.00 and 17:30 - 22:00. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Mondays. The Postkeller is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 20:00 until 01:00.
