The nearby beach offers you a vast array of activities. Sunbathe, take a stroll along the long sandy beach, or have a dip in the refreshing Baltic Sea. Wander along the boardwalk promenade to the marina and the sea bridge, enjoy the sunset on the recently constructed Ostseeallee with its sophisticated flair. Soak up the ambience, enjoy the stunning sea view and take in some relaxed hours in this healthy climate.

The light breezes of the Baltic Sea attract visitors at all times of year. During high season, it is only possible to stay from Sunday to Sunday.

In the hotel or the immediate area you can hire a bicycle, go for a stroll or take a boat-trip between the pier and yachting harbour.

Within 10 km in the Kühlungsborn area, you can make trips on the Morada Express, or go for guided tours, for instance to Heiligendamm. Alternatively take a ride in a horse-drawn carriage or a trip on the Molli narrow-gauge railway.

Within 20 km you can visit the spa town of Bad Doberan and see the famous cathedral.

Within 40 km you can visit Warnemünde, take a boat-trip around the harbour and stroll along the Alter Strom shopping mile.
