• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Please note that stays are per week, from Saturday to Saturday. Opening hours of the reception situated at the residence Les Pierres de Jade are as follows: Monday to Friday and Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:00. Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00. A deposit corresponding to 25% of the amount of the total booking will be requested at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be requested 1 month before the date of arrival. Please note that a EUR 200 deposit plus a EUR 50 deposit for cleaning services will be requested on site. End-of-stay cleaning is to be done by the client or they will be charged between EUR 45 to EUR 60. The price does not include linen, towels or final cleaning.

On leaving St Cyprien Village, follow Argelès/Grand Stade/Les Capellans. 200 metres from the roundabout, turn left direction St Cyprien sud/Grand Stade. At the roundabout, follow direction Aqualand. 100 metres further, turn left, rue Verdi. Entrance to the residence, 100 metres further to the left. Plane: Airport of Perpignan (40km) Daily connections with Paris Orly Ouest, Lille, Londres, Francfort Weekly connections during the season with Lille and Strasbourg Taxis and bus services - Rentals of voitures Train: Railway station of Perpignan at 25km and cars. Railway station of Elne at 10km.
