Close to everything you may need, simple, warm and welcoming, the residence is mostly composed of small common villas with patios and garden furniture, surrounding the swimming pool and the playgrounds.
You will appreciate a pleasant and bright decoration for very functional insides which are endowed with all the comfort. It is open all year long, so that you can taste the Mediterranean winter's mildness.

There is a mini club for children aged from 6 to 12 years. The club is open in July and August (mornings or afternoons). It is open from Monday to Friday and organises outside games, drawing, painting and picnics.

The club is included in the price but for some activities an extra payment may be required.

• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Payment Information: The remaining balance of your booking is requested one month before the date of arrival. Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 + EUR 50 for the cleaning is requested at the hotel. The cleaning at the end of the stay can be done by the guest or by the hotel at an additional cost. Opening hours : Monday to Friday and Sunday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:00 Saturday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 For Stays of 2 to 6 nights, bed linen is included in the room rate (except July and August).

By road : Highway A9, exit Perpignan sud, take the direction to Argeles/Elne. When you are in Elne, take the direction to St Cyprien. Once in St Cyprien Plage, go straight ahead as far as the roundabout with the fountain, then turn right (Bd Desnoyers),first roundabout right.
