All of the rooms have a TV and tea/coffee making facilities, including Fairtrade tea, coffee and chocolate.

Free wireless internet access is available in all of the rooms.

As you gaze across the Victorian park while enjoying a relaxing drink from the bar, it is hard to believe that the hotel is only a mile from the very heart of Hull's city centre. The University and most of the city's major attractions are within easy reach, including The Deep (the city's aquarium) and the KC Stadium. The city's new transport interchange is also close by, as is the new St. Stephen's shopping centre. The bohemian Avenues area of the city, with all of its lively bars and restaurants is also nearby.

The restaurant also overlooks the beauty of the park and offers quality food, freshly cooked.

From the M62 you will automatically go onto the A63 into Hull City Centre. After progressing on this dual carriage way you will go over a flyover followed by a turn off left marked the A1079 to Beverley, York and the Hull Train Station. Turn left here and proceed through the town centre. You will pass through a set of traffic lights, with the HULL DAIL YMAIL building on your LEFT. You are now on Beverley Road. Continue along this road about a half mile, you will pass ENDEAVOUR HIGH SCHOOL on your right. As you pass the BEVERLEY ROAD BATHS on your right and TESCO EXPRESS on the left, you need to take the next left onto PEARSON AVENUE, Go under the arch way, turn right and you will find the Hotel situated on your right upon entering the park.
