Deposit: A EUR 260 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded 15 days after departure after room inventory has been checked. Services: An additional charge is necessary for pets, parking, baby cots, baby chairs, cleaning service, end-of-stay cleaning and other extras proposed by the residence. The daily rates include linen and towels, beds made on arrival, television and mid-stay cleaning. Reservations must be for a minimum of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday. Other booking options are available. The residence may cancel any reservation that does not comply with these conditions after informing the client. Reception opening hours: Check-in service is available on Saturdays from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00. Late arrivals: If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the residence in advance.
