The hotel features free luggage storage, a lounge area with free magazines, tourist information and city maps at the 24-hour reception, and Le Monde newspaper. Attentive staff will try their best to help you make the most of your stay.

As Le Grand Hôtel is situated right outside the old Lille, in a semi-pedestrianised street, you cannot park in front of the hotel. Parking is available at the back, Place des Reignau.
