Even though it is not well-known, the cuisine of our mountains has certain, special characteristics such as the distinctive mushrooms, forrest fruits, hunted meat and other meat from reared, mountain animals. At La Fuenroya restaurant we have blended modern cuisine with these typical products from the mountain, which cannot appreciated unless you are in the Pyrenees. La Fuenroya offers both à la carte service and a lunch and dinner menu which varies everyday.
