The residence, comprising of 18 houses inspired by the traditional architecture of the Arcachon Basin cabins split into 139 apartments, is situated to the South of the pleasure port of Le Teich, near to the fine sand of the river bank (300 m) and the beach of Le Teich (distance 4 km, accessed by pedestrian footbath or by bike) and with immediate access to the Arcachon Basin.

The swimming pool is open from the 04 April 2009 to the 07 November 2009. It is heated from the 20 June 2009 to the 12 September 2009.

Deposit: A deposit (EUR 260) for your accommodation is due upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded (15 days after departure) after inventory has been completed and verified. Services: An additional charge is necessary for sheets, towels, TV, pets, parking, baby cots, baby chairs, cleaning service, end-of-stay cleaning and other extras proposed by the residence.

By Car (from Bordeaux): - Take the A63 motorway towards Bayonne-Bassin d'Arcachon. - Take the exit 22 towards Arcachon (A660). - Then take the exit 3 signposted Le Teich. - At the first round about, follow the road sign towards Centre-Ville (city centre). - At the first traffic light, turn left. - Then at the second round about, head towards Le Port (harbour). From the South/Bayonne: - Take the A63 motorway towards Bordeaux-Bassin d'Arcachon. - Take the exit 22 signposted Arcachon (A660). By Plane: Bordeaux Mérignac Airport (60 km). Take a bus or taxi transfer from the Airport. By Train: Le Teich Train Station (Bordeaux Arcachon line). Take a bus or taxi transfer.
