• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Reception is open from 07:00 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday. Reception is closed at weekends and on public holidays, but you can obtain your room key through an interactive machine. Please contact reception if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.
