- on Sundays: from 8:30 to 11:00am ONLY
- on Mondays: from 7:30am to 11:00am ONLY.
If you plan on arriving outside these opening hours, it is mandatory that you please contact the hotel in order to be given the access codes.

The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday (except Saturday for lunch). It serves brasserie cuisine for lunch and traditional French gourmet cuisine for dinner. Bertrand Formentin, the chef and owner is listed in the Michelin guide. The chef uses fresh and seasonal products. The lunch menu changes every 2 weeks and the dinner menu changes every 2 months. The large wine cellar was awarded the Grand prix de la Presse et du Vin.
