Each room features a private bathroom, a large screen tv with Canal+ channel, radio-alarm, phone with direct line and hair-dryer. For a good start, a buffet breakfast will be served in a room overlooking the gardens. The hotel is located near Cesson-Sévigné Sport centre, not far from Carrefour shopping centre. Access is quite easy by the ring road or coming directly from Rennes city centre.

Coming from Paris/Laval by rn 157 (e50), take the East ring road, then exit immediately at 'Porte de la Rigourdière'. Follow Cesson- Centre signs, straight ahead (about 1.5 kilometres) and then, at the forth roundabout, turn onto the path on your right (the hotel is located in a park). Coming from Rennes, follow directions to 'Cesson-Sévigné Centre', drive straight ahead to the sports centre roundabout, then turn left.
