La Villa Eugene works in partnership with different restaurants and their chefs, allowing you to sample an array of local flavours. The restaurants are situated less than 5 minutes away, in the city centre.

Situated on the Avenue de Champagne (named in the past "Le Faubourg de la Folie" referring to the rich properties around) the Villa Eugène is also in the middle of a park, inviting you to relax, idle and discover curiosities worth seeing.

Concerned by the environment, Villa Eugène pays special attention to renewable energy use. Hot water production is partly assured by solar panels and the central heating regulated by heating pump (VRV).
